Attendance is very important. If a student misses more than 5 days per semester, credit is denied for the class unless an appeal is granted. The student must go through the appeals process to receive credit.
Make-up work is the sole responsibility of the student. Please make up work as soon as possible upon returning to school.
Accelerated Math I Accelerated 9th grade students taking this class cover all Math I standards PLUS half of the Math II standards.
Grading Procedures:
Homework Average 40%
Test Average 60%
Semester averages are determined as follows:
1st semester average 42.5%
2nd semester average 42.5% semester exam or EOCT 15%

AP Calculus Open to students who have taken all college prep math courses including trig. Students may earn college credit with a score of 3 or higher on the AP Test in May.
